Click Mate is a browser extension that provides AI-powered assistance for navigating and completing tasks on websites. The Service analyzes screenshots of web pages using a 3rd-party AI analysis service to provide step-by-step guidance to users.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent

4. Subscription and Payment

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Click Mate is not responsible for how you use the guidance provided by the AI
  • You must comply with all terms of service of websites you visit while using Click Mate

6. Intellectual Property

  • Click Mate and all related technology, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors
  • These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Click Mate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and canceling your subscription.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Click Mate regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
