- Important: Screenshots may contain sensitive information visible on your screen. Use discretion when requesting assistance on pages with personal or confidential data. When the privacy toggle is enabled, the service does its best to blur sensitive data.
Screenshot Retention:
- Screenshots are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers
- Screenshots are transmitted securely and deleted after processing
- We retain usage metadata (number of queries, timestamps) for billing and analytics purposes
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not:
- Track your browsing activity when you're not actively using Click Mate
- Access websites without your explicit action to request assistance
- Store or monitor your browsing history
- Access passwords, credit card numbers, or other credentials (unless visible in screenshots you request us to analyze)
